Replace the bracketed contact information before publishing. Because supplement and ecommerce requirements can vary by product and sales location, have an Arizona attorney review the final version. UVAYMA Terms of Use and Terms of Sale

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UVAYMA website, online store, products, services, content and related features collectively referred to as the “Site.”

The Site is operated by UVAYMA LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“UVAYMA,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please do not use the Site or purchase our products if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Site or purchase UVAYMA products.

By using the Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will use our products only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with their labels and instructions.

You may not purchase UVAYMA products for resale unless you have received our prior written authorization.

2. Dietary Supplement and Wellness Disclaimer

UVAYMA offers dietary supplements and wellness products. Our products, website content, product descriptions, educational materials, social media content, testimonials and other communications are provided for general informational and wellness purposes only.

They are not intended to provide medical advice or replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. UVAYMA products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Always read and follow the complete product label, ingredient list, serving instructions and warnings before use.

Consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any UVAYMA product, particularly if you:

  • Are pregnant, nursing or attempting to become pregnant.

  • Have a medical or psychiatric condition.

  • Have liver, kidney, cardiovascular or other health concerns.

  • Take prescription medications, over-the-counter medications or other supplements.

  • Are sensitive to caffeine, herbs, adaptogens or botanical ingredients.

  • Are scheduled for surgery or a medical procedure.

Do not exceed the recommended serving. Do not combine products with alcohol, sedatives or other substances when prohibited by the product label.

Products that may cause relaxation or drowsiness should not be used before driving, operating machinery or performing activities requiring alertness.

Discontinue use and seek appropriate medical care if you experience an adverse reaction. In a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

3. Individual Results

Individual responses to supplements and botanical ingredients vary. We do not guarantee that any product will produce a particular physical, emotional, cognitive, sleep, mood or wellness outcome.

Testimonials, reviews and descriptions of customer experiences reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees that another customer will experience the same results.

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, ingredients, photographs, pricing and product information. However, packaging, labels, colors, formulations and product appearance may occasionally differ from what is displayed online.

The physical product label and packaging accompanying your order contain the most current directions, ingredients and warnings and should be reviewed before use.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change product formulations, packaging or specifications.

  • Discontinue products.

  • Limit available quantities.

  • Correct errors or omissions.

  • Update website content without prior notice.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee that a product will remain available.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not mean that we have accepted it. We may accept, decline, limit or cancel an order for reasons including:

You agree to provide valid and current payment information and authorize us and our payment processors to charge all amounts associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other governmental charges associated with your order unless they are collected during checkout.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes:

  • Are valid only during the stated promotional period.

  • May be limited to certain products or customers.

  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted.

  • Have no cash value.

  • May be canceled or modified where permitted by law.

  • May not be copied, sold, transferred or used fraudulently.

We may reject or cancel orders involving misuse of a promotion or discount code.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

UVAYMA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, natural disasters, governmental actions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information may be the customer’s responsibility.

Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms and governs shipping, delivery, lost packages and related issues.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Due to the consumable and personal nature of dietary supplements, opened or used products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the product arrived damaged or defective.

Please review the Return and Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

10. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

Delete this section if UVAYMA does not offer subscriptions.

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize UVAYMA and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency disclosed during enrollment.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, minimum commitments and available discounts will be displayed before checkout.

You may cancel or modify an eligible subscription according to the instructions in your account or our Subscription Policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the applicable processing deadline to prevent the next scheduled order from being processed.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.

Our Subscription Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Accounts

Certain Site features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

  • Restricting access to your account and devices.

  • All activity occurring through your account.

  • Promptly informing us of suspected unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been compromised, used fraudulently or used in violation of these Terms.

12. Reviews, Testimonials and User Content

You may be permitted to submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials or other content (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

  • The content reflects your honest experience and opinions.

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it.

  • The content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

  • You have disclosed any material connection, incentive or compensation associated with the content.

  • The content is not false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful, threatening or obscene.

You grant UVAYMA a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute and promote the User Content in connection with our business and marketing.

We may remove, reject or moderate User Content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.

We will not knowingly edit reviews in a way that materially misrepresents the reviewer’s experience.

13. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Commit fraud or submit false information.

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or contractual rights.

  • Transmit malware, viruses or harmful code.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or another user’s account.

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or extract Site data without permission.

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

  • Impersonate another person or organization.

  • Submit false, misleading or manipulated reviews.

14. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including the UVAYMA name, logos, slogans, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, packaging, text, videos, formulas, artwork and website layout, are owned by or licensed to UVAYMA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site only for personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, display or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

No license or ownership right is transferred to you through your use of the Site or purchase of a product.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, social-media platforms and subscription-management providers.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, security, privacy practices or services.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

16. Privacy

Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

17. Communications

By providing your email address or telephone number, you agree that we may send transactional communications concerning your account, orders, payments, shipping, product recalls, safety information and customer-service matters.

Marketing emails and text messages will be sent only in accordance with applicable law and the consent you provide. You may opt out of marketing communications through the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message.

Opting out of marketing messages will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or safety-related communications.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, its content and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

UVAYMA does not warrant that:

  • The Site will always be available, secure or error-free.

  • Site information will always be complete or current.

  • Defects will always be corrected immediately.

  • Products will produce a specific result.

  • The Site will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

Any product warranties expressly provided on a product label or in writing remain subject to their stated terms.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UVAYMA and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site.

  • Your use or misuse of a product.

  • Reliance on website content.

  • Unauthorized access to your account or information.

  • Third-party services or websites.

  • Lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UVAYMA’s total liability arising from a particular product or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to UVAYMA for the product or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UVAYMA and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your unlawful or improper use of the Site.

  • Your misuse of a product.

  • Your User Content.

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from UVAYMA’s own negligence, willful misconduct or violation of law.

21. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

We may contact customers regarding product recalls, safety notices, label corrections or other important product information.

You agree to follow recall and safety instructions promptly. Product-safety communications may be sent even if you have opted out of marketing communications.

22. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe that you:

  • Violated these Terms.

  • Used the Site fraudulently or unlawfully.

  • Created a security or operational risk.

  • Misused our products, promotions or intellectual property.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification and dispute provisions.

23. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and UVAYMA agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions or orders will be handled as required by applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

26. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

27. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

UVAYMA may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or other business transaction, subject to applicable law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UVAYMA concerning your use of the Site and purchase of products.

If a product-specific agreement or policy conflicts with these Terms, the more specific terms will govern that product or transaction.
